About the Role:
As a member of our People Operations Workday team, this role will support the people data management initiatives of Motive, specifically those that touch the Workday employee data system. The initiatives will be in the areas of process improvements and automation. In addition, this role will present opportunities for creative out-of-the-box solutions and assist in getting the maximum ROI from the Workday system investment and day-to-day support.
The Workday HCM Analyst is responsible for troubleshooting and generally supporting the Workday HCM system. Reporting to the Senior Manager, People Technology, this role serves as a point of contact and assists all Key Stakeholders with Workday configuration needs while ensuring data accuracy, process improvements, and day-to-day support.
What You’ll Do:
- Meet with Workday process stakeholders and understand their initiatives and concerns
- Performs work assignments in the Workday system that result from these meetings or tickets and projects that have been submitted to our tracking system
- Be Primary analyst for resolution of workday issues and load files
- Build Workday reports and calculated fields Works under minimal supervision.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3-5+ years of hands-on Workday experience, specifically in inbound and Outbound EIB and web service integrations
- Workday experience in workday Security and HCM business process configuration
- Well versed on creating process, testing and technical documentation
