Title: Warehouse Forklift Operator

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Warehouse Forklift Operator to join our team. As a Warehouse Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment to move, load, and unload materials within our warehouse facility, your primary goal will be to ensure the smooth and timely flow of goods throughout the warehouse, contributing to the overall success of our operations.
What You’ll Do
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents or injuries.
- Ensure that daily inspections of forklifts and checklists are completed. Reports all needed repairs.
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
- Load and unload materials from trucks, pallets, and storage racks.
- Transport materials to designated areas within the warehouse.
- Stack and organize material on shelves or in designated storage areas.
- Inspect and maintain forklifts and other equipment, reporting any issues or malfunctions.
- Collaborate with warehouse team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.
- Perform general warehouse duties as required, such as inventory management, labeling, and packing.
Must-Haves
- 1+ years of experience operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management.
- Knowledge of Industry standard Safety regulations and procedures related to forklift operation.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Working Environment and Physical Demand
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects up 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand, bend and sit for long periods of time.
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends if required.
- Must be 18 years of age to operate equipment.
