As VP/Sales Director, you will have primary responsibility for sales and relationship management of a list of key Local TV ownership groups and stations. Ideation, execution & go-to-market strategies for Product Sales, strategic negotiations and day-to-day interaction are key. In addition, participating, contributing, and serving internally as a team player is essential.

In this role you will collaborate closely across the entire Local Media Client Service Sales team to drive new revenue with our current suite of Local solutions and identify new opportunities to bring Nielsen’s entire product suite (Digital, Custom, OTT) to benefit our Local Media clients. Delivering exceptional client service to this client list will require daily connections across the broader Nielsen organization: Data Science, Commercial Operations, Media Analytics, Product Leadership & Engineering.

A reasonable estimate of salary range for a new employee to be offered this role would be between $50,000 - $185,000, which would be adjusted based on each employee's geographic location. The position of each employee within a compensation range at Nielsen is dependent on several individual circumstances, such as experience, training, certifications and other business requirements/needs.
