Photoroom puts the power of great images into more people's hands through our powerful and innovative features, from our best-in-the-world background remover to our generative AI model and tools: AI Images, AI Backgrounds and Shadows, AI Expand, and many more.


Processing over 5 billion images a year and downloaded over 200 million times, Photoroom is now the world's #1 AI photo-editing app, available across mobile, web, and via an API in over 180 countries.


We are at an exciting stage of our journey. Having successfully raised our Series B, we aim at sustaining 80% YoY growth.


Photoroom is a profitable, remote-friendly company headquartered in Paris with a global team of over 80 world-class deep learning, product, and marketing experts with backgrounds at the world's best companies. We are a diverse team of entrepreneurs building for entrepreneurs.



TL;DR

🤓 We’re looking for a driven and strategic leader to take our B2B business to the next level, scaling Photoroom's go-to-market from $3M to $20M in two years, and ultimately reaching $100M. As the key architect of our B2B strategy, you'll work across small teams and enterprise customers, building a leadership position in imagery solutions for commerce companies of all sizes.

🇪🇺 We are flexible: you can work from anywhere in Europe within a 3-hour flight from Paris (HQ) and come to our office once a month (fully reimbursed) or more often. US East coast is also an option.This ensures effective collaboration and supports our commitment to reducing our carbon footprint.

✈️ We offer substantial support for relocation (up to 10k€), including finding an apartment in Paris and supporting you with the visa procedure.

🛂 We currently sponsor visas for individuals relocating to France or already based here. We are unable to sponsor visas for remote positions outside of France at this time.

🇬🇧 Photoroom is an international team and we work in English. We offer language lessons for those who need them (English & French).

  • We can go higher for outstanding profiles and adapt to the cost of living if it is higher than in Paris.


✨ About the role ✨

  • Execute B2B growth: Be laser-focused on growing our B2B business with a hands-on approach. No task is too small or too big, especially in the early stages of our B2B journey.

  • Build and iterate: Develop and refine Photoroom’s positioning, distribution, and pricing for SMBs (2+ people) and enterprise plans to ensure market fit and competitive edge.

  • Product-led growth: Design and scale our product-led growth distribution for B2B, ensuring seamless adoption across customer segments. Our focus is on low ACV.

  • Sales assist for enterprise: Create and manage a sales-assist function that identifies high-potential customers, assisting them through their Photoroom journey.

  • Team building: Build and lead a B2B go-to-market team across Growth, Marketing and optionally Customer Success, and Sales to drive impactful results through an efficient organization.

🎯 Desired Results 🎯

  • Product-Market Fit: Achieve a clear, data-driven understanding of product-market fit across customer segments, ensuring B2B users are deeply engaged with Photoroom. (e.g., 40% of B2B users would be significantly affected if Photoroom were no longer available)

  • Customer Acquisition and Growth: Drive growth by building scalable, repeatable customer acquisition strategies for SMBs. LTV/CAC is greater than 3x, enterprise customers through self-serve and Product Qualified Lead (PQL) pipelines.

  • Customer Segmentation and Pricing: Use data to define customer segments and propose a simple, effective pricing model that supports Product-Led Growth. The pricing makes Photoroom B2C & B2B successful.

  • Sales Assist Function: Lead the sales team to create multiple playbooks, execute sales forecasts, and drive key sales metrics to optimize team performance.



✨ About you ✨

  • You are a proven leader having successfully implemented triple digit growth strategies in $2-$20M ARR environments for SaaS.

  • Relevant candidates usually tend to have 12+ years of experience in a growth and sales role at a leading B2B SaaS business with a proven track record of driving user acquisition and revenue. That said, people learn and develop at a different paces, so we hire based on skills, experience, and the impact they can have at Photoroom

  • You have a particular aptitude for taking startups from 0 to 1 and scale. Photoroom is a dynamic, fast-evolving company, where agility, speed of execution, and ambition shape everything we do.

  • You thrive adeptly balancing hands-on execution with strategic vision.

  • You’re skilled in driving product-led growth, with experience building scalable distribution models and implementing sales-assist motions for enterprise customers.

  • You are a creative person who enjoys using the best and new technologies to solve your problems and other people problems. You have built unique and creative acquisition channels in the past.

  • You are enthusiastic about AI and preferably have an understanding of the GenAI landscape.

  • You have led and scaled cross-functional go-to-market teams across B2B Growth, B2B Marketing, Sales and even Customer Success, driving significant organizational impact.

  • You are highly data-driven, using insights from analytics tools, enrichments and master metric like customer acquisition cost, LTV, product-market fit, and revenue growth to guide decision-making. You have experience operating in a high-volume, global PLG environment.

  • You have contributed and iterated on pricing strategies with clear wins.

  • You can drive sales pipeline review, evaluating its performance and seeing opportunities

  • You are an excellent writer and visual communicator.

  • You are fluent in English. Another language is a plus.
