VIP & Institutional Growth Marketing Associate (6 month contract)

Built by the world's largest digital asset exchange by trade volume, Binance VIP and Institutional offers access to digital asset solutions for VIP clients and institutions. We work closely with a wide range of market participants, including; individual traders, High-frequency trading (HFT) and proprietary trading firms, hedge funds, asset managers and family offices, market makers and brokers, investment banks, corporations, fintech firms, and more.

Responsibilities

Contributing to the content marketing to increase brand awareness, drive leads, and upgrade VIP tiers

Creating and developing interactive content initiatives such as newsletters and community operation posts

Working on new user onboarding and growth product processes, including lifecycle strategy

Assisting in the planning and execution of online and offline marketing activities, events, and campaigns

Assisting in analyzing the VIP campaigns' performance by gathering data and providing a summary of key business results

Staying on top of market trends and conducting desk research on competitive behaviors

Working closely with growth marketing, Product Marketing, and PR across VIP growth related initiatives

Collaborating with other BUs to run promotional growth campaigns

Specific events, including VIP swag coordination

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any field from a top-tier university

1-3 years of working experience in community management, product and user experience, client lifecycle, user growth or related fields

Knowledge of cryptocurrency and experience in community operations, including proficiency with social media tools (Telegram, X, etc.), organizing online events and campaigns, and a proven ability to build and maintain relationships with community members

Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders

Strong data analysis skills and is able to present conclusions with data

Strong communication skills and is able to work with global team

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, self-motivated, and capable of working under pressure

This is a fixed term contract role, you must be able to commit for at least 6 months. You must also be able to commit to working full time i.e 5 days per week
