Superside is expanding its Production team, and we’re looking for an energized, team-focused, and solutions-oriented Senior Producer and Team Lead to help us grow video production globally.

As a Senior Producer & Team Lead, you’ll be an expert in your field and the go-to person for overall project aspects and milestones. Combining your understanding of multimedia, profitability, and stakeholder management, you’ll create successful video projects, deliver great customer experiences, and make the operations run smoothly for the team—all on time and within budget. You will also be managing a team of 5 Producers based across LATAM.

What You'll Do

Lead various project executions, owning the customer experience to ensure retention and success of all team accounts

Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement, focusing on achieving team goals and objectives

Ensure team accounts are appropriately staffed, structured, and managed, taking proactive measures to restructure them as needed for account success

Foster collaboration within your team, understanding internal dynamics, and thoughtfully distributing responsibilities for consistent team engagement

Oversee and contribute to the development, performance, and growth of your team members

Leverage data and metrics to identify account trends, and develop effective project strategies

Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams on new accounts, upsell/expansion opportunities, and churn prevention

Actively explore and research new digital content best practices and creative technology (especially AI) in the realms of video production

Create a culture of open and continuous feedback encouraging honest communication and transparency

What You'll Need to Succeed

5+ years of experience in the creative industry (agency or production) as a Content Creator, Producer, Project Manager, or Production Manager

Proven leadership experience in a creative role in an international top-tier creative agency or in-house design team in a global tech company

Readiness to work with production teams on campaign ideations & creative strategies

A demonstrated deep understanding of video production principles and processes

A strategic foresight with the ability to weigh everything in for a smooth outcome

Eagerness to learn, with a proactive and contact-seeking work approach

Deep understanding of creative processes and digital & social media

Strong analytical abilities and excellent problem-solving skills

Excellent organizational, presentation, and pitching skills

Autonomy and accountability for your projects

Flexibility and availability to work on irregular schedules

Passion for video & digital content, marketing, and trends

Possess intimate knowledge of video production equipment and software

Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with other departments and stakeholders
