Location: Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM - 5 PM CST
Key Responsibilities:
Video Content Creation: Edit and finalize long-form and short-form video content that effectively tells the brand’s story and showcases its products.
Platform Optimization: Research and implement best practices for titles, tags, descriptions, and thumbnails to optimize videos for YouTube’s algorithm and attract the target audience.
Content Repurposing: Repurpose video content for other platforms, ensuring consistency and alignment with the brand’s unique identity.
Trend Analysis: Stay updated on social media trends and incorporate them into video content to maintain relevance and engagement.
Continuous Improvement: Review published content weekly, document community comments and insights, and apply learnings for ongoing improvement.
Collaboration: Utilize team collaboration tools such as Google Chat, Google Drive, and Asana for precise organization, file centralization, and prompt responses.
Brand Representation: Ensure all content reflects the brand's essence and drives both product sales and brand engagement.

Content Creation: Ability to create engaging long-form and short-form video content that resonates with the target audience.
Analytical Skills: Capable of researching topics, analyzing trends, and applying insights to improve video content.
Technical Proficiency: Skilled in using video editing software and collaboration tools like Google Drive and Asana.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English.
