  • Lead Generation and Nurturing: Drive the creation and execution of lead generation programs to attract, engage, and convert prospects into qualified leads and opportunities. Develop lead nurturing strategies to accelerate prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Marketing Technology and Operations: Oversee the selection, implementation, and optimization of marketing technology stack to support demand generation efforts. Partner with the marketing operations team to ensure accurate tracking, measurement, and reporting of campaign performance.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, product, and other stakeholders to align demand generation efforts with overall go-to-market strategy. Build strong relationships and foster alignment to drive collective success.
  • Performance Measurement and Reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of pipeline generation initiatives. Provide regular reporting and analysis to stakeholders, identifying insights and opportunities for improvement.
  • Budget Management: Effectively manage the demand generation budget, allocating resources to high-impact initiatives and optimizing spending to achieve desired outcomes.

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven track record of success in demand generation leadership roles within B2B technology or SaaS companies.
