Responsibilities
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the product team, encouraging experimentation and risk-taking.
- Effectively communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to internal stakeholders, including executives, investors, and other teams
- Play a key role in helping the Camunda Product Management team scale and realize our product vision to be a complete business automation platform
- Hire, lead, and coach a team of 15+ Product Managers
- Manage a team of 4-6 direct reports
- Align team with end-to-end product vision and goals
- Partner effectively with Engineering, Design, and Product Marketing to ensure we validate, build, launch, and measure product experiences that customers love and value
- Help refine and implement Camunda’s product development process (PDP), ensuring team members receive training and coaching required to work effectively within the system
- Support, from a product point of view, both bottom-up and top-down GTM motion, including the trials and free offerings for key technical users and personas
What you bring:
- Previous experience in building an efficient, sustainable and scalable product team, is a must. Please add examples of the product successes you've achieved, as part of your application and how this impacted the company.
- Demonstrated deep understanding of automation software markets, competition, and underlying technologies including infrastructure and devops software
- Track record of leading products to successful commercial outcomes
- Experience in growing a product portfolio through acquisition
- Excellent at boardroom and big stage presentations, and able to inspire and motivate customers and employees through written and verbal communications
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and coach core product management skills
- Ability and/or willingness to use our product.

Below is the annual Total Target Cash Compensation (Total Cash) range for Camundi located in one of our entities. Total Cash refers to base salary and 100% attainment of variable target, where applicable. Actual Total Cash offered will depend on factors such as skills and qualifications related to the role. To comprise the Total Rewards package, Camunda also offers equity (where applicable) in the form of a Virtual Employee Stock Option Plan and benefits based on the country of residence.
The annual Total Cash range for this position for Camundi in our entities is as follows:
- United States: $252,000.00 to $378,000.00
- Germany: €167,600.00 to €251,400.00
- United Kingdom: £163,300.00 to £245,000.00
- Singapore: S$313,000.00 to S$469,500.00
