Responsibilities
Interacting with vendor and carrier inquiriesEngage with internal customer-facing teams to provide insightful analysis and recommendations, offer prompt resolutions to queries or challenges, and direct teams to the appropriate resources or departments for further assistance or expertise.Engage with brands and customers as necessary; request missing information and promptly respond to inquiries, ensuring effective communication and satisfactory resolution of queries.Investigation of parcels and vendor concerns through multiple avenuesAbility to work through a daily task list, and monitor emails daily to update different types of data throughout the dayQuickly learn how different systems work and how to effectively use themCommunicates effectively with Operations team members and leadsRun reports, analyze data, and troubleshoot issues as neededEnter key performance indicator data accurately and on time for multiple vendorsUse of problem-solving to flag issues and troubleshoot issuesReview data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incorrect informationAnalyze data to optimize operational processes and enhance the team’s efficiency.Provide feedback and find pain points in the process, gather information for internal systems, and work on projects as neededFoster a positive and collaborative team environment, supporting colleagues and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.You will be expected to work on a fixed schedule from 7 pm to 3 am and be responsive during your set hours
You have many of the following:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely.Detail-oriented with a focus on process improvement, self-motivated and energetic, with the drive and ability to learn new skills.Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic remote environment.Experience with Zendesk, and advanced knowledge of GSheet or Microsoft Office Suite are a plus.Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively to meet deadlines and achieve operational goals.Self-motivated, positive attitude, Team playerAdept at rapid process understanding and implementation
