Job Description
Swish Analytics is hiring a UX Designer to work with our Product Managers, department heads, and senior leaders to craft clean and efficient user interfaces for our live trading platform and consumer-facing application. They will work closely with our Product and Software Engineering teams, ensuring a cohesive and smooth launch of our products. Swish is a team passionate about accurate predictions and real-time data, building new products with the latest and greatest technologies. This is a remote position.
Duties:
- Work within an Agile team setting to create compelling customer experiences by collaborating with Product Managers, Engineers and other stakeholders
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Frontend Engineers to convert research findings into detailed requirements or specifications, promoting a customer-focused strategy for product advancement
- Create interactive prototypes to share and explain your designs and micro interactions using Figma
- Develop style guides for multiple applications to provide consistency across projects
- Develop high-fidelity prototypes and visuals, delivering pixel-perfect mockups and design specs
- Manage design projects through the entire product lifecycle, overseeing multiple launches simultaneously
- Display a high-level of attention to detail in engineering implementation, and the ability to integrate into QA processes to ensure high quality execution
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field preferred
- 2 years of experience in UX design, showing proficiency in various methodologies and the ability to conduct usability testing, interviews, and surveys
- Proven track record of designing intuitive and engaging user experiences for live streaming platforms, with a deep understanding of real-time user interactions, and streaming technologies - (please submit portfolio with application)
- Ability to thrive, be flexible and deliver creative and quality work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of front end coding frameworks such as React is preferred
- Knowledgeable about sports, particularly football, basketball, and some interest in sports betting is desired but not mandatory
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills with the ability to present ideas with confidence with senior leaders
Salary: $80,000 - $105,000
