As a Strategic Project Manager at PointClickCare, you will play a crucial role in driving the success and growth of our organization. You will be part of the Solution Architecture team and report directly to the Senior Care Managing Director. In this position, you will collaborate with various teams, including Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, Marketing, Product and others, to ensure effective project delivery and alignment with the strategic goals and objectives for our Senior Care business unit.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement project strategies to support the achievement of organizational goals; Lead cross-functional project teams (including senior leaders) and manage project timelines and deliverables.Identify and proactively mitigate project risks and issues, ensure successful completion of key initiativesCollaborate with Senior Leadership to gather project requirements and ensure alignment; monitor project progress and communicate updates to key stakeholdersFoster a culture of collaboration and teamwork among project team members; provide guidance and mentorship to project team membersContinuously assess and improve project management process and methodologies
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree5 years of experience in project managementStrong leadership and interpersonal skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Preferred Skills
Project Management certification5-10 years leading large scale projects in Healthcare SaaS organizationsExcellent communication and presentation skillsExpert in project management software & tools
