Our client, a cutting-edge design firm renowned for transforming ideas into compelling visual stories, is in search of a UI/UX Designer. This role is pivotal for someone skilled in creating intuitive and aesthetically pleasing designs for websites, landing pages, and mobile applications across both B2B and B2C sectors. The ideal candidate will bring a meticulous eye for detail, the capacity to work independently, and potentially have experience in designing engaging presentation decks and user-friendly apps.
Location: Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM - 5 PM PST
Key Responsibilities:
Web & Landing Page Design: Develop user-friendly and visually appealing designs for websites and landing pages, enhancing user engagement.
Mobile App Design: Craft intuitive and attractive mobile app interfaces that provide exceptional user experiences.
Deck Design: Experience in creating compelling presentation decks to communicate ideas visually is desirable.
Autonomous Workflow: Ability to work independently, managing time and projects efficiently while maintaining high standards of design quality.
B2B & B2C Design: Adapt design strategies to meet the needs of both business clients and direct consumers, ensuring relevant and impactful design solutions.

Engaging Designs: Production of designs that significantly enhance user engagement and satisfaction across platforms.
Design Innovation: Introduction of creative design solutions that effectively address client needs and user expectations.
Independent Project Management: Efficient management of design projects from conception to completion, with minimal supervision.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing web, landing page, and mobile app designs.
Experience in designing for both B2B and B2C markets, with a versatile design approach.
Knowledge of best practices in app design and customer experience enhancement.
High attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in design software and tools, with experience in presentation deck design being a plus.
Ability to work within PST hours for better collaboration with the team.
