Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Trainee to join our team and support the recruitment team in all aspects of the hiring process. This entry-level role is designed for individuals who are passionate about human resources and eager to develop their career in recruitment. You will gain hands-on experience in candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all candidates and new hires. This position offers valuable hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain and update the recruitment database ATS.
- Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience from initial contact through to onboarding.
- Address candidate inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in preparing recruitment reports and analytics.
- Provide general administrative support to the recruitment team as needed.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and timelines.
- Foster positive relationships with candidates, ensuring a great candidate experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred but not required.
- Previous internship or work experience in HR or recruitment is a plus but not essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent English
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiarity with ATS and recruitment software is a plus.
