We are looking for a motivated and experienced Trade-in Business Developer to scale our trade-in proposition to positively impact customer retention and build out a new supply sourcing channel. The ideal candidate will have experience in setting up and/or scaling trade-in solutions for a telco, refurbisher/distributor or marketplace operating in consumer electronics. In this position you will be part of the Supply Department and report to the Head of Category Management and Business Development.
WHO YOU ARE:
- You have 5+ years of relevant experience and a proven track record of successfully growing a trade-in proposition within a major player in the technology sector
- You bring deep industry expertise in the Consumer Electronics recommerce sphere, including technical knowledge
- You have strong execution skills and can work with cross-functional teams
- You have strong project management skills and excellent communication skills
- You are result-driven and a fast learner
- You are fluent in English, other European languages are a plus

- You will set the vision and strategy for the trade-in program, including defining scope, channels and partners
- You will drive execution of most impactful initiates and collaborate closely with multiple teams
- You will establish strong, long-term partnerships with suppliers
- You will ensure operational excellence and identify optimisation opportunities
- You will stay up-to-date on industry trends, establish and maintain a wide network in the industry
