As a Compensation Partner, you’ll act as an in-house consultant focusing on compensation program design and delivery initiatives toward our total rewards strategy. Reporting to the Senior Director, Total Rewards, you'll partner with the People Business Partner (HRBP) and Talent Acquisition teams on compensation-related matters globally.

What you'll be doing
Collaborate on design and review of compensation programs and variable incentive plans to ensure market competitivenessProvide guidance on compensation recommendations to Business leaders, People (HR) and Talent Partners such as new hire offers, promotions, and relocation requests consistent with our compensation philosophy Conduct job evaluations and market pricing for new positions and/or materially changed jobs Administer the annual & mid-year compensation review cycle end-to-end including the creation and distribution of spreadsheets for assigned client groupsManage third-party market research, including participation in global salary surveys and benchmarking to provide meaningful insights Prepare compensation modeling using Excel and/or Google Sheets to analyze data for interpretation, and develop reports for presentationPrepare and audit quarterly equity grant submissions
What you'll bring to the table
A positive can-do attitude!3+ years of progressive experience working in a global compensation functionSolid understanding of compensation principles, program design and processes (completion or progress toward CCP designation is a plus!)Proven expertise advising business leaders and people (HR) stakeholders on a variety of complex compensation matters Strong analytical skills (Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets)Experience with Mercer, Willis Towers Watson, and/or Aon Radford compensation surveysDiscretion in dealing with confidential and sensitive informationBe able to work both autonomously and in a team environmentAbility to think proactively, critically, and independently to make informed decisionsAbility to work in a fast-paced startup environmentHuge bonus if you have worked for a technology company
