About the job:
OppFi seeks an enthusiastic, detailed, and service-oriented individual to join our Total Rewards team. This role will accurately and efficiently assist with the handling of the day-to-day administration of the company’s general rewards and stock program. This role works as a member of the Total Rewards team and collaborates closely with our various internal teams, so previous cross-functional experience is required. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service and communication skills, a high level of accuracy, and strong technical skills.

Compensation Analytics:
- Perform annual and ad hoc market analysis via external surveys, such as Aon—Radford or PayFactors, to ensure OppFi pay is internally equitable and externally competitive.
- Assist and support calculations and documentation of mid-year promotions and year-end merit and bonus programs.
- Support and assist in Job Architecture project rollout.
- Assist with administering OppFi’s pay program via the use of the Ultimate Kronos Group (UKG) Compensation Planning Module.
- Provide analytical support to the Total Rewards, People Team, and Finance Team as needed.
Stock Program Analytics:
- Interface with HR OPS, Total Rewards, Finance, and Corporate Governance and Compliance to identify and implement support equity programs.
- Administration and understanding of equity components of the Long-Term Incentive Program and Employee Stock Purchase Program.
- Ensure the indicative demographic and tax files to be processed are timely and accurate.
- Act as a point of contact for escalation and resolution of issues and interpretation of policies relating to the equity programs.
- Maintains the policy and procedure documentation.
- Support the monthly and quarterly equity financial reconciliation process.
- Manages day-to-day vendor and third-party relationships to support the equity and ESPP programs.
- Develop expertise in navigating/reporting within the Fidelity system for equity and ESPP programs.
What you will bring to the team:
- Degree with 5+ years in equity and accounting-related experience required.
- Proficient in software applications such as Google Suite, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong knowledge or subject matter expert of UKG.
- Must communicate and work effectively with all levels of management, external vendors, and internal cross-functional teams.
- Must have strong organizational skills and ability to effectively multi-task and balance competing priorities.
- Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information appropriately.

Total Rewards and Benefits:
The starting base salary for this position is $71,200 per year. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be at the company’s sole discretion and determined by a myriad of factors including, but not limited to, years of experience, depth of experience, and other relevant business considerations. The total compensation package includes eligibility and potential for performance-based bonuses as well as equity grants dependent upon the role and job level.
