Territory Account Executive

Elastic is searching for a General Business Territory Sales Representative focusing on Emerging/Growth Accounts across the United States.

Our Territory Sales Representatives are individual contributors, focused on building new business and growing the Elastic footprint within a defined set of accounts based on a spend profile. These accounts have tremendous potential and will need an individual focused on ensuring our customers are successfully leveraging Elastic cloud solutions across their organization. What You Will Be Doing:

  • Building awareness and driving demand for Elastic solutions within this set of accounts, by developing and executing a territory strategy/partner plan to understand and grow these accounts
  • Serving as an evangelist of our technology leading with our new innovative offering such as GenAI, Vector Search, Security, and Observability
  • Identify and qualify new opportunities within existing accounts by leveraging your own creativity, inbound lead flow, personal prospecting efforts, contacts, and partners
  • Work cross-functionally with our sales development, marketing, partner, product and customer service teams to deliver outstanding results
  • Working thoughtfully with customers to identify new business opportunities, managing through the sales cycle and closing complex transactions
  • Building a robust business plan by utilizing tools like Salesforce, Clari, Outreach and ZoomInfo 

 

What You Bring With You:

  • 2-3 years’ sales experience in the software industry
  • A track record of success in selling SaaS subscriptions leveraging a sales methodology that has led you to excel in growing and managing current/net new customers and new use cases
  • Ability and have demonstrated consistent success in forecasting weekly, monthly, and quarterly cadence
  • Passion for building new customer relationships and working cross-functionally within a diverse team to deliver outstanding results
  • Technologically adept and business acumen focused with outstanding communication both written and oral, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Role will be based out of Austin, Texas covering accounts across the United States
