Job Description
The Document Controller is accountable for :
- Timely update the system with Document related objects (Documents, comments, transmittala) and information upload (Document metadata);
- Quality related Reporting (KPI, approval status,….) ;
- Correct use of Document Management System(s)....
Document controller is responsible to operatively execute Document Management (DoM) activities at project level, conforming to valid Work instructions and company processes.
