Technical Product Manager

What you will do

  • Assess all the inbound customer requests (tickets) from both PS teams (In Imp) or from TAM's (post Imp). (To clarify, this excludes Technical Support tickets)
  • Participate in pre-sales in understanding requirements that need to go to the Product Team for assessment. 
  • Assess the above tickets to determine if they fit in the product bucket or require custom services delivered out of PS.
  • Work with Product and Engineering on the prioritization of tickets to be delivered as either new product functional or enhancements. Determine release timing for these items and work with CSM/PS to manage customer expectations. 
  • Handoff PS delivered customization requirements in sales process to Implementation leadership and Solution Architects to determine scope of customizations , pricing, scheduling and associated change orders where applicable. PS assumes ownership from that point in closing the SoW with Sales
