Technical Ops Support
Description
Responsibilities:
This is a 24x6 customer support team. Team members will be on rotation shift., covering support channels across, Forum, Telegram group and Discord. Hands on technical support. Analyst issue and provide solutions and suggestions. Deliver a stellar customer experience(i.e. SLA). Understand customer needs and how to meet unique challenges and goals. Seek product feedback and track usage/performance, driving our product roadmap. Build and maintain ongoing relationships with multiple stakeholders, both internally and externally. Partner with internal teams to drive long term solutions / product development decisions. Work in a quick changing environment.
Requirements:
Candidate needs to be in the EU time zone.Excellent English in both speaking and writing. Min 1+ years of experience in a technical support role. Technical degree. Strong analytical skills. Ability to understand and troubleshoot complex technical issues. Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders. Excellent people skills to monitor. Interest in blockchain and crypto technologies.Experience with blockchain/web3 is a must.
