About This Position
A Technical Engagement Coordinator is responsible for managing the technical aspects of Conversant Group’s secure technology implementations. This includes coordinating with technical teams, monitoring engagement progress, ensuring the engagement is delivered on time and within budget, and managing any technical issues that arise. The Technical Engagement Coordinator works closely with the Implementation Engagement Managers, engineering teams, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful completion of client engagements. They may also be involved in identifying and implementing new technology processes to improve engagement outcomes. Ultimately, the goal of a Technical Engagement Coordinator is to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality technical engagements that meet the needs of our clients and other stakeholders.

Qualifications
Associate degree in a relevant field required2+ years of experience in technical project management, including managing technical teams and delivering projects on time and within budgetKnowledge of project management methodologies desiredSuch as Agile or Waterfall Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsExperience with ConnectWise PSA desired
