Description
This role is required to lead, coordinate and deliver work for a range of client contracts including brand compliance audit, analysis and tagging, and bespoke data capture. The role operates as part of the Ad Check leadership team and is responsible for supporting the team with set-up of new client projects and administrative/other duties as required.

Responsibilities
Develop good working relationships with brand compliance clients and act as main point of contact for day-to-day issues and audit queries.
Attend regular review meetings with clients to discuss audit findings.
Proactively work with clients to identify issues and propose solutions to problems.
Develop, plan and deliver training to clients on Nielsen systems as required.
Take the lead on compliance auditing projects: plan, schedule and perform audits, delegate tasks to process content and perform quality checks.
Develop a detailed understanding of multiple client marketing requirements and guidelines (e.g. the Mars Marketing Code), and how to apply them to client advertising.
Demonstrate understanding and up-to-date knowledge of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion themes in order to assess client advertising for DE&I.
Develop a good working relationship with other teams within the business, including the Data Standards, IT, Client Services and Commercial teams in order to ensure seamless service delivery.
Act as escalation point for technical issues, working with IT and Service Desk to resolve problems.
Provide cover for Manager, Team Leader and Tech Grade colleagues when required.
