General Summary:
The Team Leader of Business Analytics is responsible for leading a team of entry level to experienced professionals focused on reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating business system and user needs along with collaborating with stakeholders to document requirements, define project scope, and objectives. This role supports cross-functional teams to assist in project direction, requirements gathering, and to ensure projects are properly coordinated.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Sets goals and objectives for team members for achievement of operational results.
- Sets day to day operational objectives for the Business Analytics team
- Supervises support and/or professional level colleagues
- Ensures policies, practices, and procedures are understood and followed by direct reports, customers, and stakeholders
- Leads and prioritizes the daily activities of the team
- Manages, mentors, and coaches to develop a collaborative and dynamic team
- Coordinates cross-functional communication to align on initiatives and strategies to drive efficiency
- Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs
- Documents requirements, defines scope and objectives, and formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies
- Drive process and assist managing team of business analysts
- Documents and distributes new or revised processes and procedures that result from project efforts
- Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
- Review, analyze, and evaluate market data and trends
- Work with stakeholders and requestors to document requirements, define project scope and objectives, and do the analysis to provide recommendations to stakeholders and management on the next steps.

Educational/Vocational/Previous Experience Recommendations:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent business experience
- 2+ years of relevant experience.
- 1+ years of managerial experience.
- Preferred: experience with Salesforce Platform.
- Preferred: Salesforce Business Analyst certification.
- Preferred: previous experience in a Finance or Marketing role
Working Conditions:
- Onsite/Hybrid/Remote depending on location
- 0-10% travel may be required
