The Opportunity
We are seeking a Talent Sourcer to join our efficient and productive recruitment team. This role is ideal for someone who excels at identifying top talent and managing the early stages of the recruitment process. In this role, you will spend ~80% of your time sourcing and assessing candidates and ~20% providing recruitment support and administration.
What You'll Do
Meet and communicate with recruiters to understand job requirements
Identify and source potential candidates that meet the job requirements through resume databases, social media platforms, job boards, and referral programs
Manage candidate outreach campaigns using automation tools for emails and LinkedIn
Consistently meet or exceed sourcing targets and KPIs (new leads, leads converted, passthrough rate, etc.)
Strategize sourcing plans to meet client expectations
Build and maintain strong talent pools to meet the company’s hiring needs
Act as the company’s brand ambassador on social media and during candidate interactions
Stay up-to-date on all the latest sourcing strategies and recruitment tools
Facilitate onboarding processes for new hires
What You Bring
At least 1 year of working experience as a Talent Sourcer or Recruiter for a high-growth tech startup or high-volume tech recruitment agency
Excellent familiarity with U.S. GTM and tech sales roles and responsibilities
Excellent written and verbal communication in English (proficiency in Russian is a plus)
Proficiency in using ATS (e.g., Ashby), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Perplexity (including prompting), Notion, and AI tools
Equipment (computer, headset) and strong internet connection
Ideally, ability to work US working hours
