WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Deliver superior recruiting support and provide operational excellence to the Talent Acquisition teamSupport multiple recruiters with requisition management, interview scheduling and candidate follow upPerform background, employment verification, and reference checksManage employee referralsDesign reports and present data in a meaningful way with analytical charts and visualsConfigure recruiting tools Coordinate social media campaigns in collaboration with the Marketing teamSet up events with local colleges and professional organizations
WHAT YOU BRING
Passionate about making an impact2+ years experience in Talent Acquisition preferredExceptional organization and planning skills, demonstrated ability to work at a fast pace, multi-task and maintain high quality work deliverablesSuperior attention to detail, follow through and ability to synthesize complex concepts Demonstrated ability managing data and generating insights, creating compelling visual aidsWell versed in systemsCritical thinking and problem-solving skillsExcellent team player, great interpersonal and communication skillsAgile, inquisitive, resourcefulGood time-management skills and sense of urgency Strong project and program management skills
