Location
This is ia a remote role from anywhere in the United States, excluding US territories. You must be legally authorized to work in the US.  Bixal does not provide visa sponsorship. 

What Will You Do?
You will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operations across our organization. Your responsibilities will include providing daily IT support, managing ticket systems with a moderate workload. Moreover, you'll be responsible for addressing support tickets and escalating issues when necessary, including providing occasional support to our international offices outside regular hours. Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot a variety of desktop operating systems – Windows, MacOS and some Linux.
  • Offer technical support to end-users, resolving hardware, software, and network issues promptly.
  • Manage Users and Roles in Microsoft Azure Active Directory as well as other SaaS tools.
  • Provide initial triage, assistance, and troubleshooting to users. Help troubleshoot with common desktop applications, microphones, cameras, and escalate problems to tier 2 technical support.
  • During New Hire Orientation and onboarding new staff, conduct end user technical training to assist with systems setup and other IT virtual training.
  • Communicate effectively with users, providing timely updates on issue resolution to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Create documentation to enhance IT literacy and empower users across all technical proficiency levels.
  • Perform other duties as required.

  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience, plus at least 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Proven ability to learn and grow skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, keen attention to detail, and capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Knowledge of Office365 administration and applications.
  • Familiarity with MacOS and Windows Operating Systems .

  • Nice To Haves

  • Linux familiarity
  • Basic understanding of SharePoint Online, with knowledge of its features and organizational structure.
  • Fundamental knowledge of networking principles.
  • Experience in light scripting with a keen interest in process automation.
  • Experience with Atlassian’s Jira Software and ServiceDesk platforms.
  • Knowledge of NIST and DISA standards related to Federal controls.
  • Understanding of AWS, IAM, and various cloud service concepts.
  • Knowledge of PCI, FEDRamp compliance, or similar regulations.
  • Experience with Miro platform
