About You

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Supply Chain team to organize and manage cross functional projects. This role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented, solution-driven mindset with experience in running timelines and deliverables for Supply Chain functions in a manufacturing environment.

The Project Manager, Supply Chain will work closely in collaboration with Product Development, Quality and Regulatory, R&D, Supply Planning, and Procurement to manage cross functional work streams and timelines. The position will be focused on execution, process, vendor relations with support in sourcing materials.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the timelines and due dates of each Supply Chain project and update initiatives as outlined, holding all cross functional teams accountable for their deliverables.
  • Manage the workflows of tech transfers to new manufacturing locations across all product lines, while working closely with Formulation, Quality, and Regulatory to ensure all items are completed in a timely manner. 
  • Work with Supply Planning on capacity constraints and set priorities for projects 
  • Ensure all project updates flow through the proper SOP and act as a point of contact to get sign offs from department heads. 
  • Support Formulation & QA/Regulatory Affairs with filing documents, including product & ingredient specifications, testing results, and other technical information.
  • Track projects/timelines and clearly communicate urgent matters to the VP of Supply Chain in a timely manner. 
  • Hold weekly meetings with internal and external stakeholders on supply chain projects, ensuring effective communication between all departments.

Requirements:

  • 5 + years of related experience in a Project Management role within the eCommerce/CPG space; startup/high growth company experience preferred
  • Knowledge of supplements, tech transfers, & supply chain operations in a manufacturing environment is a must; topicals experience is a plus
  • Advanced Google Sheets/Excel experience; possess the ability in creating spreadsheets to track & communicate logistics, generate allocations, and create new formulas in sheets 
  • Ability to follow through and follow up, in order to complete tasks on time 
  • Natural ability to build trust and communicate effectively with cross functional partners, vendors and suppliers, while building & establishing relationships 
  • Possess strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to execute projects, while keeping teams updated on priorities and deadlines
