Program Leadership and OversightLead and oversee multiple programs to achieve strategic objectives and deliver results on time and within budget.Establish program goals, milestones, and performance metrics.Monitor program performance, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.2. Team Supervision and DevelopmentSupervise, mentor, and evaluate a team of program managers and support staff.Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.Provide training and professional development opportunities to staff.3. Federal Finance and Accounting ManagementEnsure program compliance with federal financial regulations, policies, and reporting requirements.Collaborate with financial analysts to develop budgets, track expenditures, and prepare financial reports.Support audits and reviews, providing documentation and addressing findings as needed.4. Stakeholder EngagementServe as the primary liaison with federal agencies, contractors, and other stakeholders.Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments to align program goals with organizational objectives.Prepare and present program updates and performance reports to senior leadership and stakeholders.5.
