Strategy and Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

Use data to provide value-added analysis and reporting on strategy design and business operations

Assist in managing the product roadmap, monitoring tasks, and escalating issues as needed

Help with product operations, including BRD preparations, tests, and Q&A

Provide findings and recommendations for execution by operational teams and executives

Support day-to-day operations and promote a data-driven decision-making culture

Contribute to business performance reviews by creating and maintaining data dashboards to monitor and report operating metrics

Be part of a fast-paced industry and organization where time to market is critical

Requirements

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proven ability to connect and work collaboratively with multiple teams to address operational requirements and tackle complex issues

Strong ethical standards and integrity, with dedication and passion for the organization

Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively with teams across different business units and regions, often under minimal supervision

Strong research and writing skills, attention to detail, and analytical aptitude

Past internship experiences in Consulting, Web3, Finance, or Technology firms and project contribution/involvement would be a plus

Basic understanding of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology is a plus

Proficiency in Excel is a must, other Data Analytics tools is a plus

Fluency in English and Turkish
