As a Strategy Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our account development strategies by diving deep into data analytics, ensuring the accuracy of our reporting, and optimizing lead management processes. In this role, you will:
- Examine Account Development Data: Analyze data generated by ADR teams, focusing on detailed channels like trade shows, marketing initiatives, and outbound strategies.
- Auditing and Reporting: Ensure accurate measurement and auditing of transfers and dispositioned leads to maintain process integrity.
- Manage Salesforce Hygiene: Establish and refine processes to systematically improve data quality for the ADR organization.
- Lead Management: Oversee lead management and quality auditing for leads generated through trade shows and events.
- Dashboard Maintenance: Update and maintain dashboards and reporting across all MX Segments.
- Champion, role model, and embed Samsara’s cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, Win as a Team) as we scale globally and across new offices.
Minimum Requirements for the Role:
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role focusing on data analytics Expertise in Salesforce, verifiable through assessment, to drive data quality improvements and streamline processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field is preferred. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree for more experienced candidates.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and present findings to stakeholders.
