What We're Looking For:
- Minimum of 5 Years of Experience Required in B2B Enterprise Software Sales
- Prior Sales Experience in the Restaurant Tech (EG. Point of Sale, Payments, Hardware, Services, and Inventory Software) field is required
- Proven ability to build long-term sales relationships with executives in enterprise restaurants and brands.
- Exceptional communicator and negotiator, turning challenges into trusted partnerships.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Passionate about delivering unified commerce solutions to large enterprise restaurant customers.
- Hospitality industry experience is a plus.
- Willingness to travel in the US and Canada.
What You'll Do:
- Manage strategic commercial relationships with critical, enterprise-level clients, including planning, pricing, contract renewals, and profitability
- Create and maintain accurate sales forecasts and site activations.
- Develop and close upsell opportunities across various product lines.
- Plan and execute renewals and price increases.
- Maintain customer data in CRM systems.
- Facilitate strategic pricing decisions for SaaS, hardware, and services.
- Coordinate activities across departments to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Drive product adoption and sales to franchisees with the FAM team.
- Collaborate with CSAs for Strategic Business Reviews.
- Facilitate cross-sell opportunities with Customer Success Managers and Technical Account Managers.
- Represent PAR at events and trade shows.
The base salary range for this position is $95,000 to $125,000 USD per year commensurate with work location, experience, skills, certifications, education, and prior accomplishments.
The position may be eligible for additional compensation, including a bonus, commission and/or equity, as applicable.
