The Engineering group at LastPass is looking for a Staff Product Owner to join our team. You will be responsible for roadmap planning, backlog management, stakeholder collaboration, performance analysis, release coordination, and user experience oversight for multiple software development teams within a single area of accountability.

- Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in software product management.
- Experienced in decision-making and risk management while managing team priorities and backlog
- A record of success leading secure, high-visibility, technical projects that require cross-group collaboration and alignment from a distributed set of stakeholders.
- Excellent communications skills and an ability to translate between business and technical stakeholders
- Strategic thinking with a focus on security, usability, and customer satisfaction.
- Define and prioritize product features and requirements for multiple software development teams within a related technology area.
- Develop detailed user stories and define clear acceptance criteria.
- Coordinate with multiple cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of product features.
- Plan product releases ensuring that updates are delivered promptly and efficiently.
- Address security, production, and technical issues to refine the product.

- Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle, with a focus on security product development.
- Experience in the development and operation of cloud-based Software as a Service (SaaS) based architectures.
- An understanding of Quality Assurance practices and their role in software validation and delivery.
- Ability to read, understand, and discuss software and system architecture documents.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to analyze data and provide insights
- Familiarity with modern software delivery tooling including distributed code repositories, automate build/deploy systems.
