About the Role

What you will do
- Oversee the reconciliation of daily cash transactions
- Collaborate with the Accounts Payable and Order Management team to reconcile and match cash transactions
- Utilize existing ERP systems to improve efficiencies on account reconciliations.
- Assist with the creation of cash dashboards to provide prudent financial data to executives
- Assist with investigating general ledger and treasury activities
- Act as the go-to expert for all matters related to cash and accounts payable
- Foster collaborative relationships with key stakeholders to optimize processes and facilitate scalable operational growth.

Must Haves
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience, with at least 3 years in general accounting..
- Experience with general ledger accounting and journal entries. Must have proficiency in understanding balance sheet and income statement
- Prior experience with account reconciliations
- Meticulous attention to detail, coupled with the ability to navigate ambiguity and work effectively both independently and collaboratively.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability, coupled with a knack for implementing innovative solutions.
- Working knowledge of ERP systems such as Sage Intacct, NetSuite, and airbase.
