What are you going to do?
Our client is building the software that builds the world. They provide cloud-based construction management software that helps clients more efficiently build skyscrapers, hospitals, retail centers, airports, housing complexes, and more. They have worked hard to create and maintain a culture where you can own your work and are encouraged and given resources to try new ideas.
Our client is looking for a Semi Senior UI Designer. This is a unique and highly analytical and creative role, requiring strong UI design experience in delivering all design aspects of a usable software product, including field experiences where users work from mobile devices and apps. You are expected to present your work in critique and to cross-functional stakeholders and make revisions based on feedback.
- Design and deliver high-quality UI solutions for web and mobile applications.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs for new features and products.
- Maintain and evolve our existing design system, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
- Collaborate with product design leads, product managers and engineers to ensure designs are feasible and meet user needs.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest UI trends and best practices.
What will help you succeed
- 2-4 years of experience in a professional visual design setting.
- Expertise in Figma.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your UI design skills.
- Excellent understanding of typography, image, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience designing and replicating large, complex websites and design systems.
- Understanding of different components of design systems, including marketing, communication, branding, and identity work.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage your own time effectively.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
