Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Sr Solutions Architect – Cloud Engineering with deep expertise in Azure cloud migration. This role is ideal for a technical leader who can drive cloud strategy, oversee migrations, and provide hands-on technical solutions. The position involves 80% client-facing (billable) efforts and 20% internal (non-billable) contributions.
Key Responsibilities
Cloud Strategy & Solution Design:
*Partner with clients to assess business goals and design cloud migration strategies.
*Develop scalable, cost-effective Azure solutions aligned with best practices.
*Create technical roadmaps and architecture diagrams for cloud migration projects.
*Present migration strategies to stakeholders and refine solutions based on feedback.
Technical Leadership & Delivery:
*Lead and guide teams through Azure migration projects from planning to execution.
*Provide hands-on technical contributions, including coding, architecture reviews, and troubleshooting.
*Define best practices for cloud security, automation, and infrastructure optimization.
*Work closely with delivery managers to ensure project success within budget and timeline.
Sales & Business Development Support:
*Collaborate with sales teams to assess client needs and provide technical insights.
*Support proposals and business cases for cloud migration initiatives.
*Identify new opportunities within existing client portfolios.
Required Skills & Experience:
*10+ years of experience in cloud engineering, architecture, or related fields.
*Proven expertise in Azure cloud migration, infrastructure as code (IaC), automation, and security best practices.
*Strong technical leadership, including hands-on development, system design, and mentoring teams.
*Ability to effectively communicate complex solutions to both technical and business stakeholders.
*Highest level of English proficiency (verbal and written).
*Willingness to travel occasionally.
