Sr. Salesforce Engagement Manager
AS A SENIOR ENGAGEMENT MANAGER, YOU WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
- Perform as one of NeuraFlash’s leading Enterprise Program Management, Engagement Management and Solution Delivery experts
- Lead enterprise-level engagements (large brands, $1M+, etc.) with a hands-on approach, providing direction, guidance and approaches to engagement management, project management, and architecture
- Act as a “thought leader” for our customers. Implement and oversee the quality of our deliverables and effectively manage the team and day-to-day relationships to ensure exceptional performance across customer engagements
- Drive innovation in the areas of solution delivery capabilities, enterprise delivery methodology, and reusable assets
- Work in close partnership with our Delivery Excellence team to improve our ability to deliver complex solutions to our largest customers
- Provide executive level Business Consulting and Pre-Sales support
- Work hand-in-hand with our Sales team and Practice Leaders on consulting and pre-sales activities
- Conduct situational assessments of our customer’s business goals
- Advise our customers of solution tradeoffs to assist in the cost / benefit analysis taking into account business process, architecture, and IT operating model
- Develop and present key findings, POV, recommendations, progress updates, and run executive reviews
- Contribute to NeuraFlash at a leadership level, be an advocate of our brand, and help NeuraFlash grow and scale
- Acquire and maintain all applicable Salesforce Certifications
- Travel up to 25% for customer projects and company events
- Be a NeuraFlash evangelist in the Salesforce Community, and help us cultivate a company culture of success (company and personal) and fun
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 7+ years of consulting experience in delivery leadership relative to iterative software development as a Project Manager, Program Lead, Engagement Lead, and similar roles leading complex projects
- 5+ years of experience leading customer engagements of 15+ individuals
- 5+ years of experience selling and delivering business solutions on the Salesforce platform; demonstrated ability to speak to the delivery approach(es) and considerations for different sizes and scales of projects and clients across Salesforce clouds
- Strong experience with Salesforce, Amazon Connect, Contact Center technology implementations, or Salesforce Field Service / Revenue Cloud highly preferred
- Experience in all phases of services delivery, software development, and testing life cycles
- Expert in agile software delivery methodologies: Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and Lean
- Expert at project delivery, including all aspects of program management and the SDLC
- Experience in management of established technology and product departments with mature program management processes and standards for both Agile and Waterfall project methodologies
- Experience with building out project and program teams and organizing programs for success
- Experienced in management with a strong history of mentoring others
- Demonstrated track record of writing SOWs, reviewing proposals with clients and negotiating contracts

- Passion for delivering software solutions, building Salesforce, Amazon and other software solutions with state-of-the-art technology
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to audiences of all levels including client-facing skills
- Eager to embrace challenging situations and enjoys solving complex problems
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally
