Introduction on the role:
The Sr. Sales Manager Key Accounts - Germany & Austria Wholesale , is responsible for creating, leading and executing the strategic growth vision across the GA(Germany and Austria) markets. The Senior Sales Manager KA is supporting the strategic vision, tools and roadmap for our priority key account growth in the GA market as well as EMEA region. The role leads a team of talented salespeople, driving our seasonal sales campaigns and managing key customers relationships across the territory. This position will oversee Key Account, and is ultimately responsible for brand growth, market health and success in both the short-term and long-term. This role will be an important part of our global sales organization, helping to create and drive wholesale growth strategies for EMEA and the Crocs brand.
What will you do?
- Management, leadership and development of a team of 6 direct reports, being the lead for the GA Key Account Team.
- Bring a People-First approach to coaching, empowerment and leadership for a young, dynamic and talented organization.
- Enable and inspire our Key Account teams to drive growth strategies for the key accounts in the GA region. Support the KA Team in the account planning process & the respective sell in meetings
- Lead negotiations with prospects and existing key accounts about terms & conditions.
- Drive input and being the footwear business advocate for all relevant aspects of the Key account business in the GA region
- Build process and operating tools to share and drive focus for teams and other regions around an aligned strategic model for G20 customers.
- Plan, analyze and implement projects and initiatives across internal functions and departments to drive growth for key accounts especially for G20 customers.
- Implement strong relationship with buying groups and key partners
- Partner with Finance, Operations and Logistics teams to drive stronger profitability and focus on key KPIs per key account
- Create and implement an account planning system and culture to optimize inventory & demand planning for growth. Furthermore, be the active part of the sales FCST for every sell in season.
Who are you?
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field
- 3+ years in Sales Leadership roles
- 10+ years in Sales and Account Management
- A ‘people-first’ leader that brings a track record of exceptional development, coaching and leadership of high-performing, engaged teams.
- Deep knowledge & experience of the GA wholesale environment and Key Customers.
- Proven ability in driving successful growth strategies in complex environments.
- Self-starter who works well in fast-paced and high-performance environment.
- Ability to effectively navigate a Matrix organization with successful partnership and relationship focus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills. Can influence effectively both internally and externally from mid to senior level stakeholders.
