We are seeking a strategic and forward-thinking Product Marketing Manager to join our innovative marketing team. This role is pivotal in shaping and executing successful integrated marketing campaigns that drive adoption and growth for Neo4j’s solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Launch and Campaign Management:
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of product launches, including messaging development, sales enablement, and marketing collateral creation.
- Develop and oversee integrated marketing campaigns that drive product awareness, engagement, and adoption across various channels such as digital, social media, email, events, and content marketing.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop compelling marketing materials that resonate with the target audience.
Go-To-Market Strategy Development:
- Collaborate with our GTM strategist & cross-functional teams to develop and execute comprehensive Go-To-Market strategies for new products, features, and market expansions.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer segmentation to identify target audience and market opportunities.
- Define clear value propositions and positioning for products and services, ensuring alignment with customer needs and market demands.
Sales Enablement:
- Work closely with sales teams to provide them with the necessary tools, training, and resources to effectively sell new products and services.
- Develop sales training materials, presentations, and FAQs to address common customer inquiries and objections.
- Monitor the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
Market Feedback and Analysis:
- Gather feedback from customers, sales teams, and market trends to iterate on product positioning, messaging, and marketing strategies.
- Utilize marketing analytics and customer feedback to measure the success of Go-To-Market initiatives and make data-driven decisions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities and challenges.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Proven experience (5-7 years) in product marketing, campaign management, within the technology or software industry. Preferably database organization(s).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and other marketing tools.
