POSITION SUMMARY

  • We are evolving our Growth Marketing function into an AI-native execution engine.
  • We’re hiring a Sr. Growth Manager who will be an AI GTM Growth Engineer; a hybrid marketer, operator, and systems builder to architect and deploy AI-driven workflows that power demand generation, outbound engagement, and inbound automation at scale.
  • This is not a traditional campaign manager role. This is a builder role.
  • You will design and implement repeatable AI systems that automate research, campaign execution, content creation, email personalization, reply handling, and lead routing. The goal is simple: one operator doing the work of 5–7 through intelligent automation.
  • Our executive mandate is clear: we are moving from AI experimentation to real execution. We need someone who builds custom workflows, not someone who just uses ChatGPT to draft copy.

  • This is an in-office role based in Los Angeles, with an expectation to be in office one to three days a week.
  • You’ll be responsible for planning and executing high-impact inbound campaigns, webinars, and ABM initiatives that engage our target accounts. You’ll partner closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and Content Marketing to build and scale new approaches to outbound engagement, campaign delivery, and field marketing.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build AI-Powered GTM Systems

    • Architect and deploy end-to-end AI workflows across marketing and outbound functions
    • Design systems that automate research, list building, personalization, email drafting, reply handling, and CRM updates
    • Build repeatable, scalable frameworks not one-off automations
    • Help shape and guide the team’s AI roadmap and adoption strategy, identifying high-impact automation opportunities and driving scalable implementation across GTM functions.

    Automate to Accelerate

    • Streamline inbound processes so hours can be redeployed to strategic outbound efforts
    • Implement AI-driven campaign workflows for webinars, ABM, email nurture, and paid media
    • Turn manual marketing processes into intelligent systems

    AI-Driven Campaign Execution

    • Develop AI-assisted content engines for campaign assets, landing pages, and nurture sequences
    • Build automation layers across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and CRM systems
    • Leverage tools like Claude, ChatGPT and more to build a modern dynamic marketing engine.

    Revenue Impact & Optimization

    • Partner with Sales to automate lead scoring, routing, and follow-up workflows
    • Build dashboards and reporting systems across Salesforce and HubSpot/Marketo
    • Optimize CPL, CAC, pipeline contribution, and conversion rates through system-level improvements

    Move From Experimentation to Execution

    • Translate AI pilots into durable, scalable infrastructure
    • Create documentation and playbooks for repeatability
    • Continuously test, refine, and evolve systems based on performance data

EXPERIENCE

  • 4-8+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, growth, revenue operations, or GTM engineering
  • Demonstrated experience building AI-driven workflows (not just using AI tools individually)
  • Strong understanding of demand generation and outbound mechanics
  • Experience with automation platforms (e.g., N8N, Zapier, Clay)
  • Familiarity with LLM tools such as Claude or OpenAI APIs
  • Hands-on experience integrating AI systems with CRMs and ad platforms
  • Comfortable owning both strategy and execution
  • Data-fluent and highly analytical - strong command of Salesforce, HubSpot, and reporting tools

DESIRED BEHAVIORS

  • Experience replacing manual SDR workflows with AI-powered automation
  • Built systems that autonomously research, draft outreach, and manage replies
  • Experience implementing voice agents or AI-based conversational workflows
  • Background scaling GTM infrastructure in a high-growth SaaS environment
  • Identifies personally as a systems builder or automation architect

COMPENSATION 

This role will receive a competitive base salary + annual bonus + benefits + equity. A variety of factors are considered when determining someone’s compensation–including a candidate’s professional background, experience, and location. Final offer amounts may vary from the amounts listed below.

The pay range for this role is $125,000 - $145,000 USD per year.
