Quince is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Inventory Planner. The primary objective of this role will be to build models, reports, and processes to drive improved in-stock levels of raw materials, which will help shorten product lead times, improve in-stock levels, and maximize sales potential across all major products categories at Quince. This role may also be responsible for forecasting and supply planning a segment of the business.

This role may also be responsible for forecasting and supply planning a segment of the business.
Responsibilities
Drive system and process changes necessary to rollup raw materials forecasts for the most significant productsCoordinate cross-functional teams to hit key milestones necessary to drive forecast handoff to support key seasonsPartner closely with the internal sourcing team and directly with vendors to collaborate on forecasts and maximize the availability of InventoryWork with sourcing to model vendor relationships, vendor terms, and risksWork directly with the Technology Team to drive the development and/or implementation of an integrated, intelligent, and automated technology solutionBuild short, medium, and long-range plans in support of the strategic needs of the businessForecast Items at the style-color-size level by week while achieving an objective set of key performance indicators which include In-Stocks, Inventory Turn, Return on Investment, and othersPerform analytics to answer questions that will lead to improved KPI performancePresent Forecasts, Strategies and Plans weekly to executivesPotential to manage 1 or more individuals
Qualifications and Education Requirements
4-6 years in Inventory Planning, Merchandising or related Analytics or Technology rolesCollege Degree Required, MBA or Masters in Supply Chain Management
