The Sr. Director, Alliances and Channels - GSI will be responsible for scaling Zscaler’s current GTM business with a specific set of GSI partners including HCL, Accenture, Deloitte, Wipro, Infosys, NTT, Cognizant, Cap Gemini. This person will be responsible for driving the GTM with these partners within the Americas.
Responsibilities
- Creating and Executing a global growth Business plan for the GSI Partnership business in the Americas.
- Responsible for Zscaler Revenue, and also ensuring that the partners meet their goals for product Revenue, Services revenue and margins.
- Creating and maintaining executive relationships within the partner’s Verticals, Security, Network, Cloud and Digital Workplace horizontals.
- Creating and maintaining executive relationships with select Vertical leaders
- Teaming with our Technology Alliance Partner team (TAP) to build revenue generating joint offerings and GTM plans.
- Teaming with internal Sales and channel leaders to programmatically drive new revenue generating initiatives alongside the partner.
- Holding QBRs with internal and partner executive sponsors
- Providing thought leadership and ideas on growing the partner-led business exponentially
- Building the partnership brand both internally and externally.
- Coaching, Mentoring and developing a strong set of Global Alliance Managers
- Ensuring Career development for the Global Alliances Managers
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree, MBA desired.
- Currently managing GSI partnerships in a leadership role for an enterprise software company with extensive executive relationships
- At least 5 years of experience managing individual contributors.
- Highly motivated to exceed sales targets and with a demonstrated track record in doing so with partners.
- Highly collaborative person with the ability to influence and work with executives
- Internet Security & Networking Skills Experience desired
- Excellent Communication & Presentation Skills
- Prefer to have good knowledge on Security technology
