Job Description:
You will partner closely with key business executive leaders and Human Resources Business Partners to provide compensation consulting and support on day to day needs on key projects such as Job Architecture and strategic compensation initiatives for Zscaler. We are looking for team players who are creative and naturally curious with skills to influence at all levels.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with our HR Business Partners and key business leaders/stakeholders to provide compensation consulting and support on day to day needs such as new hire offers, promotion recommendations, job leveling, retention proposals, etc aligned with compensation philosophy and guidelines.
- Lead strategic compensation projects for assigned business client groups such as our annual compensation planning cycle, bonus process, retention programs, M&A, etc.
- Provide subject matter expertise and support on HR Technology projects(Workday, Global Market Pricing, Total Reward Statements) as it relates to compensation requirements, process, reporting, testing, and data.
- Lead compensation design projects that require a broad understanding of compensation programs and principles (e.g. short term incentives, job architecture, long term incentives, base pay programs, salary structures, budgeting, benchmarking, etc.).
- Design and deliver compensation training and communications.
- Ensure company compliance with local government laws governing both compensation and benefits practices and highlight potential issues.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High attention to detail with ability to work with large volumes of data as we implement Job Architecture.
- 5+ years of global broad-based compensation experience, preferably in the high tech industry.
- Excellent understanding of the tech industry, competitive marketplace, and market intelligence.
- Highly competent knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel), Google Suite, and other analytical tools.
- Experience with HCM tools (e.g. SuccessFactors, Workday, etc.).
