About the Role
Rula’s Business Operations team is a group of analytical generalists responsible for helping identify, diagnose and build solutions for the company’s highest-priority problems. We manage the strategic planning process, lead cross-functional initiatives and strike teams, partner with executives to define and achieve our company OKRs, and ensure leaders constantly have a pulse on the health of the business. We use data to identify the areas we should be working on and guide initiatives to solve them.
Rula is currently looking for a Business Operations Senior Manager to focus on marketplace balance. You will partner closely with executives across the company to forecast marketplace growth, understand quantitative and qualitative factors driving current and future market balance, and take action to ensure our markets are both balanced and growing.
Required Qualifications
3-7 years of demonstrated high performance in management consulting and/or Business Operations and Strategy roles at high-growth startups
Advanced proficiency in SQL and GSheets/Excel
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to build trust and collaborate effectively alongside multiple stakeholders in a fast moving environment
Highly strategic and insightful, able to structure ambiguous information into actionable and organized plans

Familiarity using Business Intelligence tools (e.g. Looker, Tableau, PowerBI)
