We’re currently searching for an experienced Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Customer Experience (CX) Services Operations team, a joint operations and analytics function serving our Chief Customer Officer’s organization. The BI team at Granicus enables our teams to make impactful business decisions. Our analysts handle everything from researching progressive systems solutions to data pipeline management and dashboarding.
This individual will report to the Manager of Business Intelligence and work with Analysts, Operations, and Product teams to leverage tools that enable us to rapidly synthesize datasets, refine analyses, and produce customer-quality summaries. We are a data-driven team that understands and translates complex customer and operational needs into clear insights. You will build, curate, document analyses and dashboards to increase the impact of the entire team.
