We’re looking for an experienced Senior Backend Engineer to join and be a key member of our engineering team. You will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining our backend systems, ensuring seamless data flow and robust functionality. This is a unique opportunity to work with a talented team on challenging projects that have a real impact on our industry.

🛠 Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance backend systems.
Collaborate with frontend developers and product teams to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Implement security and data protection measures.
Create reusable code and libraries for future use.
Provide technical leadership and contribute to the strategic direction of our backend architecture.
Lead by example, promote a culture of egoless learning, and take on a mentorship role.
🙌 Qualifications
4+ years of experience in backend development.
An understanding or desire to work in Python.
Demonstrated ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts to stakeholders across a variety of disciplines.
