We are looking for a Sr. Analyst, Compensation Programs & Design. Reporting to our Sr. Manager, Compensation Programs & Design, you will be a key player on the team that is responsible for implementing and running compensation programs, emphasizing market-competitive practices that are globally consistent and locally relevant.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist in the design and implementation of global compensation programs including base salary, variable compensation, and equity plans
- Maintain compensation framework, policies, and guidelines
- Participate in regular market analysis and benchmarking for cash and equity programs
- Provide program management for semi-annual compensation review cycles, including budgeting and planning for global cash and equity awards
- Support change management and communication plans for large-scale projects
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align compensation programs with business objectives, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to support informed decision-making
- Proactively seek new insights and approaches contributing to the continuous improvement of compensation programs and processes
What You Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field– or – have equivalent experience, education, and training
- Minimum 4-6 years of required hands-on experience in a Global Compensation Analyst role
- Strong analytical and problem- solving skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (i.e. spreadsheets, databases)
- Experience with Workday, and Radford market data (or other similar compensation software)
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy; ability to prioritize multiple tasks, and navigate ambiguity
- Ability to effectively communicate with various levels of managers and employees, and work in close partnership with others on the team
- Project/program management skills highly preferred
