Responsibilities

Partner with VIP and Product teams to create data-driven strategies for client acquisition and retention

Produce detailed reports and dashboards to monitor performance and support strategic decision-making

Utilize data analytics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for growth within the institutional segment

Work with internal teams to develop and optimize tools that enhance the trading experience for institutional clients

Continuously track and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to institutional growth

Regularly communicate with clients to understand their requirements and maintain business target goals

Conduct comprehensive market research to understand the competitive landscape and evolving client needs

Leverage data to identify potential market/client segments and emerging opportunities within the institutional space

Requirements

At least 2 to 3 years experience in Banking or Fintech industry is highly preferred

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance or Business, or equivalent work experience

Excellent communication, written, presentation and interpersonal skills are required

English proficiency is mandatory, Mandarin is highly desirable

Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills and ability to manage projects as part of a cross-functional team
