We are seeking a skilled Sourcing Recruiter with a minimum of 1 year of proven experience in using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and keyword strategies to identify and engage top talent for diverse roles. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
This is a full-time remote position with working hours from 9 am to 5 pm EST, paid in USD twice a month.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Sourcing: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and keyword optimization to source candidates for various roles across different industries.
Candidate Engagement: Proactively reach out to potential candidates, building relationships and maintaining communication to ensure a positive candidate experience.
Pipeline Management: Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring needs, ensuring timely follow-ups and regular check-ins.
Collaboration: Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand the requirements of each role and tailor sourcing strategies accordingly.
Data Management: Track and report on sourcing activities, maintaining accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of proven experience using LinkedIn Recruiter License.
Strong expertise in Boolean search techniques and keyword optimization.
Experience sourcing for a variety of roles across different industries.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a staffing agency or high-volume recruiting environment.
Knowledge of additional sourcing platforms and tools.
