Position Overview: As a Solutions Architect for Cloud Platform at 3Cloud, you will be at the forefront of our mission to deliver cutting-edge solutions on the Azure Infrastructure. Your technical expertise, coupled with a strong understanding of our clients’ business needs, will be instrumental in driving innovative solutions and ensuring client satisfaction. You will closely collaborate with the sales teams to explore, design, and deliver solutions, thereby significantly contributing to our growth in the Azure ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement:
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with key client stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor throughout their Azure-based technology transformation and Infrastructure Cloud Platform journey.
- Engage with customers, both onsite and remotely, by providing technical expertise during the sales process.
- Sales Support:
- Provide expertise to the sales team, supporting them in pursuing and closing engagements related to Cloud Platform and Azure-based solutions.
- Collaborate with sales executives on strategy, pursuit, and closure of key opportunities, aiming to expand revenue influence and client satisfaction.
- Solution Development:
- Collaborating with sales teams to ensure effective sales strategies and alignment with client needs.
- Lead the creation of reference architectures, documentation, and intellectual property that ensures secure, scalable, and profitable service delivery.
- Development & Thought Leadership:
- Build and deliver high-value and reusable enablement content that measurably improves the team’s effectiveness and execution.
- Continuously improve your professional skills with a focus on personal mastery and team learning through activities such as training, reading, and seeking mentorship from others.
- Collaboration and Teamwork:
- Work cross-departmentally to find solutions to complex scenarios and integration issues.
- Participate in team mentorship and knowledge sharing, fostering a culture of growth and innovation.
- Service Line / Service Delivery Framework Development:
- Contribute to the ideation and development of internal and external solutions that support business initiatives and cross-practice opportunities.
- Drive the creation of accelerators, intellectual property, and innovative solutions that enhance services offerings.
Requirements:
- Expertise in cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure, and familiarity with AWS and GCP is advantageous.
- Proven experience in pre-sales and sales support within a professional services organization, with a track record of successfully pursuing and closing engagements.
- Technical presentation and communication skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong ability to provide constructive feedback and guidance to team members.
- Passion for enhancing client experiences and achieving business goals using cloud solutions.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and capitalizing on opportunities for improvement.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering excellence and accuracy.
- Microsoft Azure certification, such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, is a plus.
- Ability to travel if needed and comply with the company’s travel policy
SA PRACTICE/TECH REQUIREMENTS
- Strong background in Infrastructure Cloud Platform and solution development, with exposure to a wide range of cloud/Azure solutions.
- Experience within infrastructure, virtualization and their associated technologies
- Proficiency in designing and developing Infrastructure cloud solutions to meet client needs.
- Experience with cloud computing and related technologies and practices
- Understanding of continuous integration and continuous deployment
